CCT4P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,757 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT4P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APEH, PCGF2, and PAIP1. Each is linked with CCT4P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT4P1-to-partner and partner-to-CCT4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCT4P1 versus APEH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
