Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,525 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCT4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with CCT4P1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT4P1-to-partner and partner-to-CCT4P1 results are reported.
