Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCT4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCT4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCT4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where CCT4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
