CCT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, OR1M1, and OR9A2. Each is linked with CCT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT4-to-partner and partner-to-CCT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf87 grouped by CCT4-low versus CCT4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
