Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,557 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCT3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP1A1_Y55, PPP1R3E, and PSMD7. Each is linked with CCT3P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT3P1-to-partner and partner-to-CCT3P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCT3P1 versus ATP1A1_Y55 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
