CCT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AE1P, OR4C14P, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with CCT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT2-to-partner and partner-to-CCT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AE1P grouped by CCT2-low versus CCT2-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
