CCSER2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSER2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP6, GINS1, and BCL7A. Each is linked with CCSER2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER2-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCSER2 versus ARHGAP6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
