CCSAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,979 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESRP1, BRIX1, and PDSS1. Each is linked with CCSAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSAP-to-partner and partner-to-CCSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCSAP versus ESRP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
