CCSAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL27, DMP1, and MTA2. Each is linked with CCSAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSAP-to-partner and partner-to-CCSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL27 grouped by CCSAP-low versus CCSAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
