CCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4418, MIR3689D2, and RN7SL282P. Each is linked with CCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCS-to-partner and partner-to-CCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4418 grouped by CCS-low versus CCS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
