CCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,564 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS1, RAD9A, and ANKRD13D. Each is linked with CCS in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCS-to-partner and partner-to-CCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCS versus BBS1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
