CCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, OR10K2, and MC2R. Each is linked with CCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCS-to-partner and partner-to-CCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by CCS-low versus CCS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
