Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCRL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCRL2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CCRL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCRL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CCRL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
