CCRL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,415 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCRL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBXAS1, MICAL1, and MYO1F. Each is linked with CCRL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCRL2 versus TBXAS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
