CCRL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCRL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL23, LPXN, and ELMO1. Each is linked with CCRL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCRL2 versus CCL23 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
