CCRL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCRL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,007 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCRL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC6, CTNNBL1, and CYBB. Each is linked with CCRL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCRL2 versus XRCC6 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
