CCRL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,788 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR2, GHSR, and PDS5A. Each is linked with CCRL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR2 grouped by CCRL2-low versus CCRL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
