The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCR9 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCR9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where CCR9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
