Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,615 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, FYCO1, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with CCR9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR9-to-partner and partner-to-CCR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR9 versus PURA in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
