Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, BUB3, and SKA1. Each is linked with CCR9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR9-to-partner and partner-to-CCR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by CCR9-low versus CCR9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
