Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with CCR9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR9-to-partner and partner-to-CCR9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process grouped by CCR9-low versus CCR9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
