CCR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,386 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICOS, TRBV6-5, and TRAV12-1. Each is linked with CCR8 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR8-to-partner and partner-to-CCR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 versus ICOS in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
