CCR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, STAT3_pY705, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with CCR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR8-to-partner and partner-to-CCR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by CCR8-low versus CCR8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
