Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5 and FABP12. Each is linked with CCR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR8-to-partner and partner-to-CCR8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by CCR8-low versus CCR8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
