Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT8, TLE5, and PAEP. Each is linked with CCR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR7-to-partner and partner-to-CCR7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR7 versus ACOT8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
