Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01974, RNA5SP321, and TRAJ29. Each is linked with CCR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR7-to-partner and partner-to-CCR7 results are reported.
