CCR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, MEK1, and MIG-6. Each is linked with CCR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR7-to-partner and partner-to-CCR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by CCR7-low versus CCR7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
