CCR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAS40_pT246, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with CCR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR6-to-partner and partner-to-CCR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAS40_pT246 grouped by CCR6-low versus CCR6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
