CCR5AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR5AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR5AS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, GMIP, and NADK. Each is linked with CCR5AS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR5AS-to-partner and partner-to-CCR5AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR5AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR5AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
