Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A13, EPPIN, and CFC1. Each is linked with CCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR3-to-partner and partner-to-CCR3 results are reported.
