CCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, RNF157-AS1, and TRDJ3. Each is linked with CCR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by CCR2-low versus CCR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
