Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,574 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of immune complex clearance by monocytes and macrophages, Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Amino-acid betaine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CCR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CCR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of immune complex clearance by monocytes and macrophages grouped by CCR2-low versus CCR2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
