CCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX4, ADRA1A, and CFHR5. Each is linked with CCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAX4 grouped by CCR2-low versus CCR2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
