CCR10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular associated smooth muscle cell development, Cell-cell junction maintenance, and Negative regulation of oxidative stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with CCR10 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR10-to-partner and partner-to-CCR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
