CCR10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD4P2, RN7SL89P, and MIR3663. Each is linked with CCR10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR10-to-partner and partner-to-CCR10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
