Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCR1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CCR1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CCR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
