Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,686 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, CTSL, and CYBB. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR1 versus CORO1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
