Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,210 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC1, STX11, and CCR5. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR1 versus SIGLEC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
