Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,001 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMPD3, CYBB, and MYO1F. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCR1 versus AMPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
