Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, GPI, and CPSF7. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
