Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by CCR1-low versus CCR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
