Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,798 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of response to cytokine stimulus, Endosome organization, and Viral process. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
