Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYS2, FAM24A, and SLC22A10. Each is linked with CCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCR1 results are reported.
