Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCPG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCPG1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CCPG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCPG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
MESO, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CCPG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
