Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCPG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,166 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K2, MINDY2, and GNS. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCPG1 versus MAP3K2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
