Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCPG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NGDN, ARHGEF9, and KCNS2. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.
