Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCPG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,271 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCPG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLCC1, GOLM2, and MLEC. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCPG1 versus CLCC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
