CCPG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4774, LINC00489, and NDUFS5P2. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4774 grouped by CCPG1-low versus CCPG1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
