Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK2. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CCPG1-low versus CCPG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
