Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCPG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCPG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, DPT, and CCDC195. Each is linked with CCPG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCPG1-to-partner and partner-to-CCPG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by CCPG1-low versus CCPG1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCPG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCPG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
